Dataiku Recruitment Scams
Date of Last Revision:Aug ‘, 2022
It has come to our attention that there is an increase in hiring scams. These scams can include fraudulent job postings, job offers, and even interviews from scammers posing as our company or our Talent Acquisition team. We take our candidate’s time and privacy very seriously and want to alert potential candidates seeking to join our team of this scam and clarify our hiring process.
Identifying Fraudulent Hiring Processes
We highly encourage applicants to apply directly through our careers website. If you are selected to move on to the next steps of our recruitment process, someone on our Talent Acquisition team will contact you directly from an email address in the following format, [email protected]. Our interview process involves multiple rounds of interviews and will either be held onsite at one of the Dataiku offices or on a Dataiku-specific teleconference link (NEVER Skype). We will never ask you for payment of any type during the interview or hiring process. Other than our videoconference application, Zoom, we will also never ask you to make purchases or download third-party applications during the process.
Reporting Recruitment Fraud
Please contact us if you find your recruitment experience deviates from any of the above steps, or you want to report a scam. It is always important to take steps to protect your personal information and be vigilant of applying for jobs through third-party websites.
