That consolidated visibility allows funding decisions to be made with evidence rather than estimation.
3. They align measurement with execution infrastructure. The same environment used to develop, deploy, and govern AI also captures the data needed to demonstrate financial impact. Performance, cost, and outcome metrics are observable continuously, which means budget conversations are supported by current data rather than periodic reporting exercises.
Here, architecture becomes a financial strategy. When AI initiatives live in disconnected systems, ROI reporting becomes a manual reconciliation effort that lags the budget cycle.
