We’ve been using data and AI for many years to solve business-oriented issues. We use AI in a very concrete way on a daily basis for our risk and anti-fraud processes. AI (including Generative AI) will have an impact on all our processes and businesses.

We have set up a program and teams to have an overview of all our businesses. We already have a backlog of over a hundred projects.

As Socrates more or less said, data is only as good as the people who share it. With this in mind, we’re keen to democratize data and we’ve been at it for a long time. It’s a long journey. A major element in the democratization process has been the production of Power BI and its group-wide deployment. We now have over 50,000 users of this solution. 

Now, we want to go further and bring augmented intelligence to everyone and move towards citizen data-type solutions so we can have AI on everyone’s desktops daily.
