What We Stand For
The Queer Dataikers Employee Resource Group (ERG) aims to celebrate and support all LGBTQIA+ employees of Dataiku and build a strong ally base within the organization. We’re working to ensure that all Dataiku employees feel comfortable being fully themselves at work and we are also raising awareness about the queer community more broadly, discrimination faced, and how best to be an ally.
Meet Some Members of Our Team
Hadrien is the Team lead for the Customer Success Team in London. He co-created the Queer Dataikers ERG two years ago, when realizing that Dataiku could benefit from more queer visibility at work. Previously, Hadrien was an active contributor of the LGBTQIA+ ERG at a leading global consulting firm. He is leveraging the knowledge he developed there to help Dataiku grow while supporting inclusion of queer people.
Paul-Marie is part of the AI Governance Solutions Team at Dataiku, working on developing a unique perspective on how to answer the challenges linked to scaling with AI in a controlled and responsible way. Based out of Los Angeles, Paul-Marie serves as the US lead for the Queer Dataiker ERG. He likes to describe himself as an extroverted introvert and is passionate about building meaningful communities.
The Queer Dataiker ERG is organized around three workstreams:
- Policy Improvement: to ensure that our internal policies and benefit offerings are LGBTQIA+ friendly
- Internal Communication: to educate Dataikers on LGBTQIA+ issues, discriminations and culture
- Outreach: to inspire more members of the queer community to consider a career in tech
