The complex work that AÉSIO Mutuelle conducts as a healthcare insurance company requires manual maintenance of massive flat files, generated by their own organization or externally. Before adopting Dataiku, if the size of these files allowed it, they were managed in Excel. Then teams would check the data and the merges, and then conducted any necessary analysis based on those files.

The goal was to enable the business units to speed up these time-consuming steps by securing and industrializing these tasks.

To boost efficiency and make better use of the available data that AÉSIO Mutuelle had access to, they decided to partner with Dataiku. Coupled with data in Snowflake, the organization could access it in record time. In addition, their first use cases were developed with very little specialized training. This allowed the teams to reclaim their data, automate their spreadsheet tasks, and collaborate on the same project. After more comprehensive training later on, they were able to secure their work with metrics and checks, industrialize technical tasks, and spend more time analyzing the results their models gave them.
