Dataiku is looking for a Vice President to lead our Customer Success and Implementation teams in the EMEA
region. Based in Paris or London, we are looking for someone who is able to bring together a large and diverse
team around a singular objective: maximizing customer satisfaction and value in the region.
This will require close collaboration with the SVP of Sales for the region, who is responsible for the region’s
revenue, and the Director of the professional services team, who is responsible for their scoping and delivery,
while coordinating with the Vice President of Customer Success and Implementation for the Americas, to
ensure knowledge sharing and consistency across the continents.
As Dataiku continues to grow rapidly on its path towards IPO, the success and satisfaction of our customers --
from their initial implementation through their many years of growth -- is an essential part of our
subscription-based software model.
In this role, you will...
Define and realize customer engagement models and growth strategies, ensuring customer retention and expansion, and contributing to the revenue growth of the region
Structure the region’s Customer Success and Implementation teams (currently 25 people total), working with mid-level managers to build career paths for the individual Customer Success Managers and Implementation Managers
Advise individual team members on appropriate strategies and approaches for the accounts they are working on
Contribute to the strategic planning of Tier1 accounts together with SVP sales and local sales leaders,
Contribute to new and innovative approaches to engage with our customers, influencing Dataiku’s global strategy, with the autonomy to experiment and test within the EMEA region

You have a passion for customer account management with 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
You have both client strategic consulting experience and/or complex project management experience
You have been in a position of leadership where you have demonstrated the ability to bring people together and deliver on a common goal
You understand the data, analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence markets, and what organizations need to succeed in these areas, as well as complex projects and implementations working with GSI and consulting partners
You can build a team that works towards high-level objectives, while tracking progress from quantified KPIs
Work on the newest, best, data, AI, and ML technologies for a unicorn startup
Consult on AI infrastructure and strategy for some of the largest companies in the world
